70% Sangiovese, 30% Mourvèdre

The addition of Sangiovese to this year’s blend has brought out a delightful, “yin-yang” balance of complex stone fruit and citrus notes that complement to the textural, slightly herbaceous Mourvèdre. Seven Hills vineyard has a long-standing history of growing phenomenal Sangiovese Rosé. Both blocks were harvested and pressed whole cluster, fermented in stainless steel with mild lees stirring. Superb freshness with a long, slightly savory finish.
