Granny Smith apple, mango and mango pit trail to blood orange, lemongrass, ginger and iris flower.  Lemon meringue and honey have a late, but welcome arrival.  Crisp acidity braces the end, holding up an incredibly aromatic wine all the way to a long, structured finish for what ends up being a refreshing, but complex wine.
