Aromas of black cherry and hints of blueberry compote are layered with applewood smoked bacon, orange zest, and eventually iron. The phenolics and mid-palate balance beautifully, trailing with supple tannins. This Syrah has a mouthwatering finish of desert dried sage and rock salt. A beautiful balance of fruit and savory.
