Tasting Notes: Campfire, leather and toasty cherry pie.  Notes of strawberries, walnuts and baking spices finish with a whiff of eucalyptus and sandalwood.  A beautiful wine for a beautiful cause.

Winemaker Notes: Hand harvested by the crew at Quintessence Vineyard. Barrel aged for 22 months. 15.2% alcohol, with zero residual sugar. Finished at 3.76 pH and 5.6 g/L titratable acidity. 133 cases produced.
