2017 Quintessence Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: Practically opaque, Dark plums, cassis, juniper sage and Indian spices trail into boysenberry, blackberry, molasses and graham cracker with a final trail of sarsaparilla. Finishes savory with tar and leather. Big mouthfeel with surprisingly supple tannins. Great shape, dimension and energy on the palate. Opens beautifully with time.
